Adele showed off her continued transformation in a photo on Instagram celebrating her 32nd birthday.
“Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time,” she captioned a photo of herself looking glamorous in Elzinga’s balloon-sleeve little black dress.
The “Hello” singer also used the opportunity to thank everyone working the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic.
“I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives!” she continued. “You are truly our angels ♥️2020 okay bye thanks x.”
People in the comments, including Chrissy Teigen, focused more on Adele’s weight loss than her thankful message.

Adele’s weight-loss secret reportedly has been the sirtfood diet, which focuses on foods that regulate a person’s metabolism. She also is said to have hired a personal trainer.
The diet, also beloved by Pippa Middleton, focuses on sirtuins, or proteins in the body that specialize in cellular health and metabolism. Sirtuins are found in foods such as kale, extra-virgin olive oil, buckwheat, matcha, blueberries and arugula.
The menu’s sweet surprises include red wine, coffee and dark chocolate. Meat is not a sirtuin.
