Seven motorcyclists were killed — and three others injured — in a horrific crash with a pickup truck on a New Hampshire highway on Friday night.
A group of motorcyclists were driving east on Route 2 in Randolph about 6:30 p.m. when they collided with a 2016 Dodge 2500 pickup truck heading in the opposite direction, according to CNN.
Passersby equipped with first aid kids and blankets rushed to the aid of the injured motorcyclists.
“People were in the grass. There were people putting tourniquets on people, trying to make sure they didn’t move,” said witness Miranda Thompson, 21. “You could tell people were lost who it happened too … It was a sad day for all of them.”
Thompson said she saw a truck in flames, along with six motorcycles on the side of the road.
State police were still investigating early Saturday and had not released the victim’s identities.
